It is with great pleasure that we invite you to be part of ULTIMATE VICTORY THE GROUPS, With over 12 years competition experience we are excited to host our new competition providing dancers with a group event like no other!

Our vision, as always, is to promote diversity, creativity, and excellence in dance and performance and will continue to grow our events into the premier events of our time.

HOW IT WORKS

Dance Schools, Performing Arts Companies, Academic Schools and Semi Professional teams can enter a minimum of 3 groups (no max) into Ultimate Victory The Groups.

You must place each group entry into the following sections;

Classical – Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Character, National, Pointework

Showtime – Jazz, Modern, Tap, Musical Theatre with or without Vocals

Commercial – Street, Hip Hop, Breaking, Commercial Jazz, K Pop.

Speciality – Any routines with mixed genres or Acrobatics or those that do not fit into the above categories.

*Due to the nature of the event we do not offer Novice sections

AGE CATEGORIES 

8 Years and Under – PETITE

9-12 Years – JUNIORS

13-16 Years – TEEN

17+ Years – SENIOR

Dancer age for GROUP events are averaged and based on the age of the child on the date of each competition. To reach the average age add all the ages together and divide by the amount of dancers in the entry, when averaging drop the decimal point for example if the routine averages 12.7 you would drop the decimal point therefore the routine would compete in 9-12 years. Any routine with a dancer of 20+ years old should automatically go into the 17+ section.

SCORING

Each judge has a maximum of 10 points with the overall total available to receive is 50 points. Point Criteria:

JUDGES EXCLUSIVE 41-50 POINTS

HIGH GOLD 31-40 POINTS

GOLD 21-30 POINTS

SILVER 11-20 POINTS

BRONZE UP TO 10 POINTS

Each routine receives live feedback from our panel after their performance.

AWARDS

At Ultimate Victory The Groups, we offer a multitude of awards, ALL groups receive an award based on the above scoring system Then there's; Studio Of The Year, Top 5, Best PETITE, JUNIOR, TEEN AND SENIOR entertainers plus plenty more prizes and awards to be won.

THE CLASSES

During the event weekend there will be 5 classes per day these are EXCLUSIVE classes on stage with each of our judges
