Our brand new 2024 dance spectacle with not 1, not 3 BUT 5 Incredible industry professional judges across the genres giving you the experience and optimum opportunity when you compete with us! PLUS, All routines receive live feedback!

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to be part of ULTIMATE VICTORY THE GROUPS, With over 12 years competition experience we are excited to host our new competition providing dancers with a group event like no other!

Our vision, as always, is to promote diversity, creativity, and excellence in dance and performance and will continue to grow our events into the premier events of our time.

HOW IT WORKS

Dance Schools, Performing Arts Companies, Academic Schools and Semi Professional teams can enter a minimum of 3 groups (no max) into Ultimate Victory The Groups.

You must place each group entry into the following sections;

Classical – Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Character, National, Pointework

Showtime – Jazz, Modern, Tap, Musical Theatre with or without Vocals

Commercial – Street, Hip Hop, Breaking, Commercial Jazz, K Pop.

Speciality – Any routines with mixed genres or Acrobatics or those that do not fit into the above categories.

*Due to the nature of the event we do not offer Novice sections

15-24 DANCERS - LARGE GROUP

25+ DANCERS - PRODUCTION GROUP

UV The Groups – STANDARD OR LARGE Entries - 5 Mins PRODUCTION Entries – 6 Mins

AGE CATEGORIES 

8 Years and Under – PETITE

9-12 Years – JUNIORS

13-16 Years – TEEN

17+ Years – SENIOR

Dancer age for GROUP events are averaged and based on the age of the child on the date of each competition. To reach the average age add all the ages together and divide by the amount of dancers in the entry, when averaging drop the decimal point for example if the routine averages 12.7 you would drop the decimal point therefore the routine would compete in 9-12 years. Any routine with a dancer of 20+ years old should automatically go into the 17+ section.

LARGE GROUP £12 PER DANCER PER ENTRY

PRODUCTION £11 PER DANCER PER ENTRY

SCORING

Each judge has a maximum of 10 points with the overall total available to receive is 50 points. Point Criteria:

Awarded as follows...

JUDGES EXCLUSIVE 41-50 POINTS

HIGH GOLD 31-40 POINTS

GOLD 21-30 POINTS

SILVER 11-20 POINTS

BRONZE UP TO 10 POINTS

Each routine receives live feedback from our panel after their performance.

AWARDS

At Ultimate Victory The Groups, we offer a multitude of awards, ALL groups receive an award based on the above scoring system Then there's; Studio Of The Year, Top 5, Best PETITE, JUNIOR, TEEN AND SENIOR entertainers plus plenty more prizes and awards to be won.

THE CLASSES

During the event weekend there will be 5 classes per day these are EXCLUSIVE classes on stage with each of our judges - These are inckuded in the GOLD DANCER PASS only - You can choose a GREEN DANCER PASS and opt for two classes

ALL ADDITONAL CLASSES ARE £7 PER CLASS.

HALL OF FAME

From The Classes judges have the opportunity to pick their "STAND OUT" dancers who then progress to compete on stage before the final awards in our HALL OF FAME!

THE STAGE & TECH

Main Stage dimensions are 20FT X 40FT with ample wing space. Music is accepted by uploading to our drive only and must be sent in MP3, WAV, M4A ONLY and must be labelled correctly.
